We
are now selecting contestants to participate in this year’s MISS
OHIO USA® state pageant, the
official preliminary to the prestigious MISS
USA® pageant which will be broadcast on
national television.
You
could be among these contestants!
If you are a natural born female, single (never married, never had a child),
a United States citizen, a resident of the state of Ohio, and meet the age
requirements*, we invite you to APPLY TODAY! Our
program is designed to be an
excellent vehicle for advancing your career and personal goals. As a contestant,
you will be judged in three equal categories consisting of Personal Interview,
Swimsuit, and Evening Wear, and you will participate in two exciting stage
shows. Performing talent is not a requirement.
The 2009 MISS OHIO USA state event will be held November 21 - 22, 2008 at the
Vern Riffe Center for the Arts on the Campus of Shawnee State University in
Portsmouth, Ohio. This will prove to be one of the most exciting weekends
of your life!
To become a contestant
in this year's event, you need to follow these 3 easy steps:
STEP 1:
Select a recent snapshot, mark the back with your name.
This will not be returned and does not need to be a professional
photo.

APPLICATION FORM
Download, print, and complete the application form. Be sure to include the
following information: name, age, birthday, address (city, state, zip), phone,
cell, e-mail, occupation, school, and a list of hobbies.

be at least 18 and under 27 years of age as
of February 1, 2009.
Miss
Ohio Teen USA:
Must
be at least 14 and under 19 years of age as of February 1, 2009.
