We are now selecting contestants to participate in this year’s MISS OHIO TEEN USA® state pageant, the official preliminary to the prestigious MISS TEEN USA® pageant.

You could be among these contestants!

If you are a natural born female, single (never married, never had a child), a United States citizen, a resident of the state of Ohio, and meet the age requirements*, we invite you to APPLY TODAY! Our program is designed to be an excellent vehicle for advancing your career and personal goals. As a contestant, you will be judged in three equal categories consisting of Personal Interview, Swimsuit, and Evening Wear, and you will participate in two exciting stage shows. Performing talent is not a requirement.

The 2009 MISS OHIO TEEN USA state event will be held November 20 - 22, 2008 at the Vern Riffe Center for the Arts on the Campus of Shawnee State University in Portsmouth, Ohio.. This will prove to be one of the most exciting weekends of your life!

To become a contestant in this year's event, you need to follow these 3 easy steps:

STEP 1:
Select a recent snapshot, mark the back with your name. This will not be returned and does not need to be a professional photo.

STEP 2:
DOWNLOAD APPLICATION FORM
Download, print, and complete the application form. Be sure to include the following information: name, age, birthday, address (city, state, zip), phone, cell, e-mail, occupation, school, and a list of hobbies.

STEP 3:
Mail your photo and application form to:

* Age Requirements

Miss Ohio USA:
Must be at least 18 and under 27 years of age as of February 1, 2009.

Miss Ohio Teen USA:
Must be at least 14 and under 19 years of age as of February 1, 2009.
